- Contact the Johns Lyng group on 1300 218 992
- Advise Johns Lyng that you are a client of BJS Insurance Brokers
- Confirm your Policy Number and Insurer for the particular property affected
- Johns Lyng will advise what steps you need to take prior to their arrival to your property

HOW TO LODGE A CLAIM:
You can lodge a claim over the phone by simply calling our office on 1800 358 131 and talking to one of our staff. All our staff are fully qualified to lodge and manage claims. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
